I graduated from the Colorado Institute of Massage Therapy in 2023 with a certificate in neuromuscular physiology. The modalities I frequently use are heavily based around that specialty, including trigger point therapy, pin and stretch, and isometric movement. I am also trained in other techniques such as cupping, reflexology, and lymphatic drainage. Throughout my career, I have worked in many different environments and have become very adaptable in tailoring my massage style to each client’s needs.

My interest in massage stems from a more medical standpoint, as I am highly fascinated by anatomy. My goal with massage is to help you develop a better understanding and awareness of your body. We adapt to the environments we participate in, which can sometimes cause pain. I’m here to help relieve that discomfort and share ways to help prevent it from returning. I enjoy teaching others about anatomy and find that I learn just as much through my clients’ experiences.

I am also a huge music buff, so if you have any requests throughout your session, please don’t be shy!

I’m a licensed massage therapist specializing in Neuromuscular and Myofascial Therapy. I graduated from the Colorado Institute of Massage Therapy in 2015, and over the past decade, my approach to bodywork has continued to evolve.

I believe the body is an interconnected system, and that lasting relief often comes from looking beyond where pain is felt to better understand what may be contributing to it. My work combines clinical knowledge, intuitive touch, and a variety of techniques tailored to your individual needs.

My experience includes neuromuscular therapy, myofascial release, craniosacral techniques, Ashiatsu, and Synergy Hot Stones. I’m passionate about helping clients reduce pain, improve mobility, and reconnect with their bodies.

After more than a decade of working with clients, I continue to be fascinated by what the body can teach us. Every session is an opportunity to listen, learn, and help you move toward feeling your best.
